Application

JXD series clamp is suitable for unendre force splicing of conductor on the aerial distribution, also used for aluminum wire or aerial insulation core wire, insulation cover and clamp are used together. It's action is insulation protection.

Application of wire clamp

JXD series clamp is made up of C type wedge shell and wedge block. The size and shap of groove between C type wedge shell and wedge block is directly related to the diameter of conducting wire to be installed. The size and shape of wedge is decided by the designer and manufacturer. Therefore, in choosing wedge type wire clip, the user may only offer the type and cross sectional size of main traverese and spur traverse.

Wedge clamp shell into No. 1, No. 2, No.  3, No. 4, a total of four, according to the clamp casing size selection and insulation tools. No. 1, No. 2 casing clamp use small insulation tools, No. 3, No. 4 casing clamp choose a large installation tool.
